And so, recently, our very own Katie from Mooeys Winchester and Lydia from Mooeys Haslemere hit the road for an inspiring trip to the Ellisons (one of our beauty suppliers!) showroom in Coventry – all in the name of learning, laughter, and a little bit of BIAB brilliance!
What happens when you pop Katie and Lydia in a car for a four-hour drive?
A whole lot of laughs, questionable snack choices, endless chatter, a little singing and a serious dose of Mooeys energy – that’s what!
At the end of September, the duo set off from Farnham to attend a The gel bottle workshop hosted by Ellisons. The day promised plenty of nail talk, hands-on demos, and a goody bag packed with nail lover treats. (Can’t convince me this isn’t the reason they both wanted to go!
The Ellison’s team rolled out the red carpet, complete with mocktails, popcorn, and cupcakes (Mooeys-approved snacks, obviously!) and Katie and Lydia loved exploring the beautiful showroom – although they agreed it was a bit too beige for Mooeys vibes!
The workshop was all about BIAB trends, techniques, and product innovations – from mastering the reverse French to perfecting application with the new Hard gel BIAB. They also discovered something new, which still blow’s our mind – our beloved product is actually pronounced “BEE-AB”, not “BI-AB”! Who knew?
Our girls came back buzzing with inspiration and loads of tips to share with the rest of the Mooeys Herd – new techniques, product knowledge, and yes, maybe a little cupcake-fuelled excitement! But above all they have brought back heaps of inspiration to keep your nails looking and feeling their best.
