Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

  • Membership is only available to Mooeys clients who have had 6 or more previous appointments.
  • Clients must be over 18 to join.

Treatments

  • Memberships cover a selection of core treatments.
  • BIAB and all gel removal are included.
  • Extensions and extension removal are not included.

Booking

  • Treatments must be booked within the calendar month unless paused or rolled over (max 1 per quarter).
  • Members receive priority booking windows in August & December.

Cancellations & Pausing

  • Cancel any time with a minimum of 1 months’ notice.
  • If cancelled, the space will be released and client can be added to the waitlist if they wish to.
  • We cannot pause memberships. You are welcome to stop at any time, however you will need to join the waitlist again if you wish to rejoin. We cannot guarantee when a slot will become available as we only have a limited number of membership places per salon.

Gifting

  • You are welcome to gif to a friend or family member if you can’t make your appointment, however memberships cannot be shared. If you gift regularly, then we may have to cancel your membership.

Rollovers

  • One treatment may be rolled over per quarter (max 4 per year).
  • Any additional unused treatments will expire.

Discounts

  • 15% discount applies to additional treatments and all retail purchases while the membership is active.

Birthday Gift

  • All members (with a minimum of 6 months of continuous membership) will receive a free MOOSKIN gift set during their birthday month.

Fair Use & Membership Abuse

  • Mooeys reserves the right to suspend or cancel memberships in cases of misuse (e.g. repeated late cancellations, sharing membership beyond permitted gifting, etc.).

Availability & Waitlist

  • Memberships are limited to ensure quality of service. If spaces are full, you will be added to a waitlist.
