Katie Jansons, owner of Mooeys Winchester, born and raised in the city and has recently traced her local ancestry all the way back to 1700s, shares her vision: “I see our salon becoming a beloved part of the Winchester community, a place where we can continue to innovate and set standards in the beauty industry.
