Recently, we had a client who came in for a nail treatment. Before the treatment began, our therapist – an experienced and highly trained nail technician – noticed that one of her nails looked compromised. It could have been bruised, fungal, or something else entirely – but either way, it wasn’t safe to proceed.

As a result, our therapist explained why she couldn’t continue with the extension. The client disagreed. She insisted the nail was fine, and when the therapist stood her ground (very politely), the client became upset and left.

A 1-star review followed.
