Every so often at Mooeys we go back to our clients and ask them what they actually want. Not what we think they want. Not what the industry is telling us is trending. What they, the people who sit in our salons every few weeks, actually need from us.
The answer, when we asked this time, was surprisingly consistent.
People wanted a facial that was genuinely gentle. Somewhere that understood sensitive skin, perimenopausal skin, skin that doesn’t respond well to being scrubbed within an inch of its life. They didn’t want to walk out of the salon looking like a tomato before a work meeting or the school run. They wanted honest advice about their skin, not a hard sell at the till. And most of all, they wanted to trust the person doing it.
That last one stuck with me. Trust is everything in what we do. So when we started designing the Skin Reset Facial, that was our starting point, not an afterthought.

The Skin Reset Facial is £55 for 30 minutes. You can book through Phorest, as you do with all our treatments, or just speak to our team next time you’re in.
